Vitamins
Vitamins play a vital role in the body. They are involved in numerous biochemical reactions (for example, by being a co-factor in enzymatic reactions), and have important antioxidant properties. A deficiency or excess of vitamins can affect the proper functioning of several organs, or even the body as a whole.
Vitamin dosage provides an overview of relative and absolute deficiencies. It can be used to measure the effectiveness of supplements or dietary changes. At Laboratoires Réunis, we offer the following dosage methods:

Minerals
Minerals are substances that are essential to the human body and are found in dissolved form in both intra- and extra-cellular environments. They are involved in a number of metabolic processes, such as enzyme activation and the control of water and pH balance.
An increase or decrease in their levels can disrupt these processes. These variations can also be informative in detecting certain underlying conditions.
