Your visit to the lab
Blood samples are taken from Monday to Friday.
Some of our centres are also open in the afternoon and on Saturday mornings.
Please bring your doctor's original prescription, your CNS card and an identity document.
These documents are necessary for us to provide you with the best possible care and for your health insurance fund to cover the costs of your examinations.
Some laboratory tests require you to fast.
If you're not sure, talk to your doctor or ask us!
We will be happy to provide you with containers for stool and urine samples.
Your doctor may already have provided you with a sample. If so, you can bring your sample directly to us.
Routine laboratory tests can be billed to your health insurance fund.
But only if you bring a corresponding laboratory authorisation from your GP.
Some tests are not covered by the health insurance fund and must be paid for by you. Don't hesitate to contact us beforehand!
You will receive your results as soon as possible.
Some laboratory results come back very quickly, while others require a little more patience.
