Once the data has been submitted in full, you will receive a test kit. You can return the sample and the corresponding form (the identification sheet) duly completed, either by post or you can drop it off at one of our centres.

Note on data protection:
As part of the colorectal cancer screening programme, the contact details you enter will only be used to print a shipping label and will be kept in stock until the end of the project.
Upon receipt of your sample, the data you entered on the identification form will be compared and entered into our laboratory information system, where your health data will be stored for a certain period of time in compliance with legal requirements.
At the end of this period, this data will be permanently deleted. For more information about your rights under data protection law, please click here.
