Laboratoires Réunis (LR) is eager to always keep its offered portfolio of biomarkers and genetic profiles up to date and to further support its relevance with solid results received from scientific studies. Therefore, LR is actively involved in research and development. In close collaboration with physicians and research institutes LR is initiating and supportingscientific studies. Currently, the study subjects address 2 main fields: the human microbiome and gut flora assessment as well as predictive genetics.
Furthermore, LR is supporting clinical studies as a collaboration partner, taking care of sample transport, sample entry as well as routine analysis.

Our spin-off "Fast Track Diagnostics" (FTD) has formed a partnership withBiocartis on May 27, 2015.
FTD develops "test kits" for the determination of viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. Biocartis brings the "Idylla platform" as a contribution to the partnership. This is a fully automated molecular diagnostic system based on PCR or polymerase chain reaction. This system can be used anywhere and at any time and delivers test results in just 35 to 150 minutes.
